This home started
life as a summer place on the water in the 1970’s. Residential
design trends have been constantly changing since that time.
So beginning in 1986, and over a period of four years, we
worked with the owners to make improvements and update the
appearance of the home’s exterior.
We incorporated
many newer features, including electric skylights in the great
room. We created a dormer room with a patio from the
attic space, attached the home and garage with a shared
entry and then added a lakeside deck.
We also
improved the site to enhance the overall property. This
project is a great example of how well-thought-out ideas can
transform a home.
